Who Are We (WSPR)?
WSPR (Whisper) - stands for 'West Sydney Paranormal Research', and is a non-profit organisation which was founded in mid-2010 by Craig Powell, Nicky Myers & Steven Ripley. Craig & Nicky both have a strong interest in the paranormal after having their own experiences. They have their own unique ideas on how this field should be researched and hence, WSPR was formed.
WSPR have appeared on 2DAY FM Hot 30 Countdown Radio & TV (104.1FM) in Sydney, My Ghost Story (A&E Bio Channel), inSpirit TV (TVS), Naked Zombie Radio, Ghosts of Oz Radio (90.5FM), along with featuring in a short documentary called Shadow People, which was entered into the 2012 SFS Film Festival. WSPR have investigated countless private residences and locations such as, Maitland Gaol, Studley Park House, Callan Park Mental Hospital, The Hero of Waterloo Hotel, Jarvisfield Homestead & the Imperial Hotel in Picton, the Bushranger Hotel in Collector NSW, Jenolan Caves, The Queen Mary in Longbeach California, Bonnie Springs Ranch (USA), along with the Ancient Ram Inn and the Hellfire Caves in the UK.
We are a group of like-minded people from different backgrounds and experiences, with a broad range of expertise, seeking answers and searching for the truth in claims and reportings of the paranormal. Starting as a crew of three (3) in 2010, W.S.P.R has grown to a crew of eleven (11) investigators, all with their own talents and specialties.
W.S.P.R are much more than an investigative & research crew! Not only do we thoroughly investigate claims of paranormal activity, but we are dedicated to the task of providing answers.

Background:
The aim of our group is to seek out, authenticate or debunk, evidence of paranormal phenomena - Research paranormal stories, sightings and to conduct investigations into claimed paranormal activity and experiences. Our clients can be assured that via a wide array of equipment, documenation, experimentation and investigative skills, we want to help those who want answers by determining whether or not paranormal activity or any type of haunting is present.
Our purpose is to try and understand one of life's greatest mysteries. We want to present the paranormal (or what may be paranormal) as honestly and as truthfully as humanly possible.
