W.S.P.R Investigations - What To Expect.

W.S.P.R is very sensitive to our clients needs and well-being, when it comes to our work and different types of phenomena you may be experiencing. Although we endeavour to be as non-intrusive as possible, investigations can be an invasive procedure. Every time we research and investigate a location, the teams make-up of Paranormal Investigators, Historians, Researchers and Psychic Investigators will differ and depends on the needs of each case and location.

Please be rest assured, your first point of contact at W.S.P.R will be there with you throughout the entire process.

In saying this, what can you, your family or your workmates expect when we arrive to investigate?

  • A Crew of 4 - 10 investigators depending on the size of the location and the events that have been reported by witnesses. Each case is different.
  • 90% of our equipment is handheld and is carried in photography bags and other cases. There is nothing that is dangerous to you or your home. Most of the equipment you would recognise on sight, such as cameras and video cameras. Please ask a WSPR investigator to show you any equipment you are not sure of. Our Investigators will be able to give you a full description of the devices, their uses and hopeful outcome of using it. Feel free to check out our 'Equipment' page for a description of some of the tools and gadgets we use. Please be aware that we may also ask you to turn off all electrical devices.
  • A large majority of our investigations will last approximately 6 hours. Follow-up investigations may be longer or shorter depending on each case. You will be given a better indication of length of investigation by your Case Manager or Lead Investigator. *Please be prepared for your investigation to run over-night*
  • We ask that one resident or owner of the home be present or close by to the investigation. You may be asked by the crew to participate at some stage. Also for indemnity and safety reasons.
  • We also ask that you stay in a central location if possible away from any of the investigative process. We do not mind if you stay at our Base Camp, however, we do warn our clients about watching any monitors or any of the investigative process. This is due to the fact that we do not want you to percieve something to be 'paranormal' when in fact, it is not.
  • Be prepared for our crew to be working mostly in darkness.
  • If you would like a WSPR Investigator to sit with you during the investigation to explain things as they happen, please let us know.
  • You will receive a copy of ALL evidence collected including video, audio and photos. You will also receive a formal report after each visit. It will take about 4 - 12 weeks to review all the evidence thoroughly and complile the report.
